Finally

The Diaper Bag is finally finished!

I had to just do it my way. The instrustion and I did not agree. Glad I had made bags before. Anyway its O.K. I wish I had done some Emb. on the front but I did not know alot about the baby other than it is going to be a girl.

As you can see I've been pattern shopping again. Theres always room for one mnore. I had seen the Vogue one on the front of threads and really liked it. Today Hancocks had Vogue and McCalls on sale so off I go to buy thread, needles and this pattern. I did only buy one pattern. But!

In addition to the pattern I picked up 2 pieces of knit one in yellow and one in whits to make Butterick 3030 and them for some reason I've been on this trip of Jean style skirts, so I got some yellow and white twill, Then there was one more piece I thought I couldn't live without.

( It was all on sale) Does that count?

Like Carolyn for some reason yellow is showing up more and more in my sewing room. For years I would not wear it, But the colors this years are so bright and fresh.

Anyway, I'm working on a denim skirt that I took 2 patterns and drafed one. Then I have yet another blouse in navy to do.

I really would like to have all this done before I go to Phoenix in 2 weeks.

Yea right!
