Again????

DH is a Home Builder and we have moved more than the average bear. Every move is suppose to be the last. Yea Right!
About 4 years ago he build the house we're now in, next to where the church was to be built. Remember he also Pastor's a church. I do mean next to the church. We walk up a set of steps and we're in the parking lot. I tried to explain to him then that, that might not be a good ideal. But he felt we needed to be near the church.
4 years later we've come to some realization about some things.

1. Somewhere down the line we will retire. And we will not live next to the church when he is no longer the Pastor. The new pastor will.

2. We do not want to be paying on a house when we retire.

3. Our home should not be the everyone else'es home. And it should not have a open door policy. How many people have seen me in my robe, hair in rollers, I'll never know.

4.We have a house that has not sold. Resulting in we have to pay the bills until it does.

5. Its about 30 minutes away in the county and we can get away from the hustle of being so close to the city.

6. Its in the middle of our children. Meaning I'm closer to 2 of them and just alittle father from the other one.

7. Where he's now building it will cut off at least a hour a day of his drive time.

All the added up it looks like we're moving.

We will be splitting our time for the time being but I for see a complete move.

Anyway that means I get to decorate another house.
This house is a country style house sitting in the middle of big trees with a front porch.
So here's what I want to do. Use alot of quilts and quilt art to decorate. I like landscape designs. Not to much in art with people in it. Some is O.K.
My long term plans are to even do the shower curtain in quilts.
The hunt is on. And if you have any suggestion that would be great.

I do love the house and for some reason it just feels like home.
