Being a empty nester and DH working alot blogging give me a connection to others that enjoy the things I enjoy.
Yes I work. My office is in my home. DH is a Home Builder Not the best business to have these days.
I love to quilt, sew, and do stitchery. We live in a area that there just are not alot of outlets in those areas. Which is sad. After all this is the Mid-South. And to beat that in the Memphis, Tn area. I guess not alot of people have those interest.
I am a member of a quilt guild. A great group of ladies. But sometimes I can't always attend meetings.
Blogging is my on-line quilt guild if you will.

What is really great is to find inspiration, information and freebies that I would not have access to if I did not blog.

On todays list of things to do.
After reading blogs of course.
Alittle office work then its off to my sewing room. Yes DH made sure that I had one in the new house. Isn't he GREAT!
