Its Time

ITS CANDY TIME

The chocolate is bought, coconut's here, nuts of course, candy bark, vanilla chips, sugar's ready.

Wheres the candy maker?

Gathering all the utensil's that's where.

Actually start time is in the morning. I'm sure it may well go on into Saturday as well.

If it's to be done it will have to be done now.

Every year I forget how much this cost. WHEW! But I love doing it. To me it is not Christmas if I don't make candy. Kind of like putting up the tree.

Only problem I have is when I start I don't know when to stop. I scan the Internet, look thru book after book to see if there's something else I want to try.

This years new one is the Caramel Turtles.

We'll see if its a keeper or not.

Next week will be just as busy as the ones in the past few weeks I'm sure.

Our Nephew goes in for a Bone Marrow transplant. He's 13. The donor is his 10 year old sister. To add to that they attend the church DH pastor's.

Friday its off to DMIL's house. Then back home Saturday for our family.

What would life be if it where not so busy????
