Candy time is over. Thank goodness.
Some of the tins are put together. All presents are account for. Groceries are bought. Now I think I'll try to relax and reflect on what is really important.
Its seems like every year brings more obligation. When really all I want to do is sit back think on simple thing. Drink a cup of Coffee and reflect on ho good God has been to me this year and all the previous one.
My family is well. All of the boys are working. That is a major thing these days. DH has survived another year of the Housing bust. Alot of our friends where not so lucky.
I wanted to go to work part-time. I did. God is so very good to my family. Can't say theres not concerned about the economy on the home front. But all in all with God's help we will get thru.
Still no new baby in the future but we're trusting God and believing that will happen.
In fact after the first of the year I'm going to get started smocking and quilting again. With that in mind.
It does seem like a hard pill to accept when so many children are not wanted and my DDIL and DS wants one so bad.
Don't know how much posting I'll get to do this week. Remember the part-time job? Well, this week it has a few days.
Then there's still cooking to do. Not candy making cooking.
Wishing everyone a very MERRY CHRISTMAS.
