Been quilting on the sunbonnet sue baby quilt for the new grandbaby that is set to arrive in Nov.
Pinned it all down. Smooth everthing out.
Decided to use clear thread. Which I hate to work with. To me its like using finshin line. But in a quilt with all theses colors it seemed the thing to do.
Started quilting. Everything is going good. Then I look on the back and I've got a ripple. Can't take the quilting out. Flip i can't even see the thread.
Its not so bad but I know its there.
I guess this baby will learn at a early age that Grandma is not perfect.
As soon as I finish the quilt its off to do my first Raggedy Ann doll.
So many plans and not a bit of energy.
For over a month here in the Mid-South we've had extreme heat. even for us.
Maybe my energy melted.
Who knows.
Certainly not me.
